- After purchasing your item(s), check your email for a confirmation email from no-reply@neonpay.com.
- Click the “Request a Refund” button at the bottom of the email.
- An email with your order number will be automatically generated.
- Press “send” to submit your refund request.
- The Neon team will process the refund within 1-3 business days.
- Once the refund has been issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email from no-reply@neonpay.com.
Note: If you aren’t able to find the confirmation email to request a refund, please send an email to support@neonpay.com with your email and order number so we can locate your order.
