1. After purchasing your item(s), check your email for a confirmation email from no-reply@neonpay.com.
  2. Click the “Request a Refund” button at the bottom of the email.
  3. An email with your order number will be automatically generated.
  4. Press “send” to submit your refund request. 
  5. The Neon team will process the refund within 1-3 business days.
  6. Once the refund has been issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email from no-reply@neonpay.com.

Note: If you aren’t able to find the confirmation email to request a refund, please send an email to support@neonpay.com with your email and order number so we can locate your order.
