Purchases made on the game’s webshop will be delivered in your game, through pop-up or inbox messaging. If you do not see the items you purchased or a message stating that the goods have been delivered, first confirm that you received a confirmation email for your purchase and restart the game.

- Day/Time of purchase
- Your email address
