Some providers place a hold on your payment method as a pending transaction that disappears after 1-2 business days. If it still seems like you have been charged multiple times, please gather the purchase receipts of your multiple transactions from your payment method and send the information to support@neonpay.com, along with your order number, if available.
If you believe you were charged twice from different payment methods or platforms, please gather the purchase receipts across the multiple methods and/or platforms and send the information to support@neonpay.com, along with your order number, if available.
In either scenario, if you are not able to find your order number, please include the following information in your email:
- Item(s) Purchased
- Any screenshot(s) of the purchase email/confirmation
- Price of the item(s)
- Time of purchase
- The email address associated with the purchase
